In alignment with CFA Institute’s Global Career Month 2026, CFA Society Sri Lanka proudly presents Career Fest 2026, a flagship career-focused initiative that also marks a significant milestone, the 25th Anniversary of CFA Society Sri Lanka. Building on the momentum of CFA Institute Global Career Week, this initiative aims to create meaningful connections between students, CFA candidates, early-career professionals, CFA charterholders, and leading employers in Sri Lanka’s financial services industry.
The objective of Career Fest 2026 is to enhance career awareness, showcase learning and professional development pathways through the CFA Program, facilitate industry engagement, and empower the next generation of finance professionals through interactive sessions, networking opportunities, and career exploration activities.
