CFA Society Sri Lanka is part of the worldwide network of CFA Institute member societies that lead the investment profession globally by promoting the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence for the ultimate benefit of society. CFA Institute is headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States of America.
Founded in 2001, CFA Society Sri Lanka is a not-for-profit organization supporting the professional development and advancement of CFA charter holders and CFA Program candidates in Sri Lanka. Our membership of over 275 members consists of CEOs, CFOs, portfolio managers, equity analysts, banking professionals, investment advisors, and other senior-ranking financial practitioners and over 400 candidates, mainly in the financial sector.
The Society strives to provide members with a forum for the exchange of ideas, networking, educational programs, as well as volunteering opportunities which contribute to the betterment of the investment community and larger society.
