Program on
Demystify Key Concepts to Successful Mergers and Acquisitions
Course Overview
This course aims to enlighten the audience on the entire M&A Process. A deal has a long process with key milestones which needs to be given equal priority to achieve success. Often, its not the merger/ acquisition which fails but the lack of focus and precision in conducting the due diligence process with a clear focus which in turn fails to highlight transaction considerations which fuels the failure.
Course outline
Hear from the industry experts on deal structuring and the challenges of handling the deal breakers. Enhance your practical knowledge on what really matters to seal a deal strongly and effectively. Despite the upbeat transaction volumes, localized market research emphasizes that the majority of historic corporate combinations in Sri Lanka fail to realize their initial synergy projections. Buyers are adopting far more rigorous pre-deal due diligence timelines to navigate the integration friction that typically arises post-announcement.
